Spicy string beans

Spicy spicy green beans, cooked very quickly, can be both an independent dish and a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • green beans (can be s / m) - 400 g
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • ground coriander - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 4 teeth
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • greens - 1 bunch
  • salt pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat up a small saucepan, pour in the oil, fry the garlic first until the aroma appears. Add onion, fry, stirring. Add oregano and coriander. Stir, warm up a little.

Step 2

Add beans. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes. Salt, pepper.

Step 3

At the end, add chopped greens. Enjoy your meal!
