Scallop ceviche

Ingredients

  • scallop - 100 g
  • red onion - 5 g
  • cilantro - 3 g
  • chili pepper - 1 g
  • dressing - 50 g
  • orange fresh - 300 g
  • horseradish cream - 80 g
  • dozhina mustard - 10 g
  • salt / pepper - 2 g each
  • fresh lime - 80 g
  • chili pepper - 20 g

Cooking

Step 1

Mix fresh juices, mustard, horseradish, chili pepper, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Marinate the scallops for 10 minutes. Add red onion. Garnish with cilantro when serving.
