Scallop ceviche
Ingredients
Servings 1- scallop - 100 g
- red onion - 5 g
- cilantro - 3 g
- chili pepper - 1 g
- dressing - 50 g
- orange fresh - 300 g
- horseradish cream - 80 g
- dozhina mustard - 10 g
- salt / pepper - 2 g each
- fresh lime - 80 g
- chili pepper - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Mix fresh juices, mustard, horseradish, chili pepper, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Marinate the scallops for 10 minutes. Add red onion. Garnish with cilantro when serving.
