Salmon ceviche
Ingredients
Servings 1- iceberg lettuce - 50 g
- canned corn - 25 g
- olive oil - 8 g
- salmon -100 g
- lime juice - 10 g
- cilantro - 5 g
- avocado - 30 g
- chili - 3 g
- red onion -12 g
- salt - 2 g
- peppercorns - 0.5 g
- sugar - 2 g
Cooking
Step 1
Pieces of fresh salmon are "burned" with lime juice.
Step 2
On a small salad plate, lay out the iceberg lettuce with straws and sprinkle with canned corn.
Step 3
In a mixing container, combine: salmon, finely chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, chili pepper, salt, pepper, sugar, red onion slices. Spread the resulting mixture in a pea on the prepared iceberg lettuce.
