Ingredients
Servings 11-13- wheat flour - 2 kg
- vegetable oil - 150 g
- oyster mushrooms - 120 g
- sweet pepper - 300 g
- onion - 80 g
- red carrot - 120 g
- garlic - 8 g
- water - 1 l
- salt - 40 g
- ground pepper - 2 g
Cooking
Step 1
Knead a stiff dough with the addition of water. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse all the vegetables, cut into small strips, squeeze the garlic through the garlic. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
