Qutab with vegetables (post)

Ingredients

  • wheat flour - 2 kg
  • vegetable oil - 150 g
  • oyster mushrooms - 120 g
  • sweet pepper - 300 g
  • onion - 80 g
  • red carrot - 120 g
  • garlic - 8 g
  • water - 1 l
  • salt - 40 g
  • ground pepper - 2 g

Cooking

Step 1

Knead a stiff dough with the addition of water. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
