Pepper, Garlic, Vodka, Parsley

Quick tincture

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of vodka
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley
  • 2-3 peas of allspice

Cooking

Step 1

Wash parsley thoroughly. Slightly crush the stems with the blunt side of the knife, dip into a liter bottle of vodka.

Step 2

Peel the garlic. If the head is very large, cut in half.

Step 3

Wash red pepper. Add garlic and pepper to the vodka bottle. Insist 3-4 hours.

Step 4

This tincture should not be stored. If it was not possible to drink everything in one evening, the liquid must be poured through the filter into another bottle.
