Potato salad with sorrel

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • salt, pepper, vegetable oil to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • onion - 1 onion
  • 4 small young potatoes
  • eggs - hard boiled 4 pcs
  • 1 bunch of sorrel
  • 2-3 sprigs of dill, parsley, cilantro
  • 2 pickles

Cooking

Step 1

1. Wash the potatoes, boil in their skins until tender, cool and cut into cubes. Peel the onion, cut into rings. Place vegetables in a salad bowl. 2. Mix mustard with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Season potatoes with onions, set aside. 3. Sort the sorrel and herbs, wash and dry. Cut the sorrel into thin strips, chop the greens. Cucumbers cut into cubes, eggs - circles. Add to potatoes and onions, stir. Spray with vegetable oil.
