Pork with broccoli wok
Pre-marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil, pork is very quickly fried in a wok with vegetables, with this cooking method, the products retain their beneficial properties.
Ingredients
Servings 4- pork tenderloin - 300 g
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Chinese cabbage - 500 g
- garlic - 2 teeth
- chili pepper - 1/2 pc.
- ginger - 2 cm
- onion - 1 pc.
- broccoli (can be s / m) - 200 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- sesame seeds, greens for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion, garlic and chili, grate the ginger on a fine grater. Cut the meat into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the wok, add some oil and fry the meat in several batches. You need to fry for a short time, stirring constantly. Take the meat out of the pan. Put the onion, garlic, chili and ginger into the wok. Fry for 1 minute, stirring. Add broccoli.
Step 3
Add cabbage, fry for another 3-4 minutes. Put the meat, mix, remove from heat, let stand for 4-5 minutes. Salt, pepper if necessary.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
