Pork baked with apples

Beer-baked pork with a crispy crust and baked sweet apples.

Ingredients

  • pork - 750 g
  • apples - 500 g
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • peppercorns - 3 pcs.
  • beer - 500 ml
  • dry white wine - 175 ml
  • sugar - 50 g
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 50 g
  • salt
  • carrots - 1 pc.

Cooking

Step 1

Sprinkle the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the onion into it, cut into half rings. Fold the chopped carrots into the form with the pork. Grate with spices, bay leaf. Bake 30 min. at 220 degrees. Pour the beer into the mold. Bake under foil for another 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.

Step 2

Cut apples into slices, put in a separate form. Drizzle with wine, sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with flour and pieces of butter. Bake 20 min.

Step 3

Cut pork into slices and serve with apples. Enjoy your meal!
