Pie with cabbage and eggs
Ingredients
Servings 4 pieces- 300 g flour
- 180 ml milk
- 90 g butter
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 20 g sugar
- 0.5 st. l. vegetable oil
- salt
- 300 g fresh cabbage
- 1 bulb
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 st. l. chopped green parsley
- refined vegetable oil
- 1 egg and 1 tbsp. l. butter
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare dough. Roll it into 4 round cakes and put them on a greased baking sheet.
Step 2
Chop fresh cabbage for the filling, blanch for 1 minute, dry.
Step 3
Heat half the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the cabbage without salt, stirring, 4-5 minutes. Fry separately in the remaining oil for 1-2 minutes. finely chopped onion. Chop the eggs. Mix cabbage, onion, eggs, parsley. Mix, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Put the filling on each dough cake, bend the edges like a cheesecake, leaving a hole in the middle, let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200–210ºС, brush the pies with a lightly beaten egg and bake until done for 25–30 minutes. Brush hot pies with butter before serving.
