Pasta with sausages for frying
Moderately spicy, hearty pasta with tomato sausage sauce for frying.
Ingredients
Servings 4- carrots - 1 pc.
- celery - 1 tbsp.
- chili - 1 pc.
- sausages for frying - 250 g
- fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp.
- penne pasta - 500 g
- garlic - 4 teeth
- balsamic vinegar - 4 tbsp.
- tomatoes in s / s - 400 ml
- green
- grated parmesan - 4 tbsp.
- salt pepper
- olive oil
- green onions - 4 stalks
Cooking
Step 1
Insert the knife attachment into the food processor and add the carrots, onions, celery and chili. Grind.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the vegetables from the combine, warm up.
Step 3
Squeeze the sausages out of the casings into the pan, add the fennel seeds and oregano. Fry while stirring. Cook pasta according to instructions until al dente.
Step 4
Crush garlic in a pan, add vinegar and tomatoes. Add boiling water if necessary.
Step 5
Pour the pasta into the pan, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Mix well. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
