Moderately spicy, hearty pasta with tomato sausage sauce for frying.
Insert the knife attachment into the food processor and add the carrots, onions, celery and chili. Grind.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the vegetables from the combine, warm up.
Squeeze the sausages out of the casings into the pan, add the fennel seeds and oregano. Fry while stirring. Cook pasta according to instructions until al dente.
Crush garlic in a pan, add vinegar and tomatoes. Add boiling water if necessary.
Pour the pasta into the pan, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Mix well. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
