Open cake with dried fruits and nuts
Ingredients
Servings 4- 30 g prunes
- 2-3 tbsp. l. honey
- 30 g of dried apricots
- 3 art. l. melted butter
- 250 g ready-made puff pastry
- 50 large dark raisins
- 20 g peeled hazelnuts
Cooking
Step 1
Grease a baking dish with oil. Put the dough on the bottom of the mold, also make a low side.
Step 2
Rinse dried fruits, dry, put in a bowl, add honey and the remaining melted butter, mix well.
Step 3
Spread fruit mixture over dough. Bake the cake in the oven at 200ºС for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cake with hazelnuts.
