Omelet with spinach and ham
Ingredients
- 1 slice ham
- 2 large eggs
- handful of young spinach leaves
- 6 art. l. low-fat cream or whole milk
- English round bun
- piece of butter

Step 1
Cut the English muffin in half lengthwise, toast it and brush the bottom half with butter. At the very last moment, add spinach to the already prepared scrambled eggs, mix everything. Put a thin slice of ham on half a bun, then lay out an omelet. Serve topped with the other half of the bun. On the side, you can put a spoonful of tomato chutney.
