Olivier with rapans

Ingredients

  • boiled potatoes - 40 g
  • pickled cucumber - 25 g
  • fresh cucumber - 25 g
  • boiled carrots - 35 g
  • rapana - 50 g
  • soy sauce - 5 g
  • garlic - 1 g
  • green onion - 5 g
  • lemon slice - 1 pc.
  • homemade mayonnaise - 35 g
  • chicken egg - 0.5 pcs.
  • Smetana 20% – 20 g
  • lemon fresh - 5 g
  • salt - 2 g
  • dill - 3 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boiled potatoes, fresh and pickled cucumber, carrot cut into cubes. Finely chop half an egg.

Step 2

Leave the rapana for a day in a marinade of soy sauce and finely chopped garlic. Then fry in a pan and cut into thin slices.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients with homemade mayonnaise, sour cream and add a little lemon juice. Salt and mix well with finely chopped dill. Put on a plate, garnish with green onions, put a slice of lemon next to it.
