Mushroom soup with bacon

Spicy fragrant mushroom and carrot soup

Ingredients

  • bacon - 100 g
  • champignons - 200 g
  • white dry mushrooms - 15 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • meat broth - 1 l
  • salt pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, fry bacon.

Step 2

Add onions and carrots, saute.

Step 3

Add mushrooms, fry a little. Crumble dried mushrooms. Pour in hot broth and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with greens. Enjoy your meal!
