Mint ice cream with caramelized carrots

- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- 300 g young carrots

Step 1
Peel, wash and dry carrots. Put in a pan, adding sugar, and caramelize over high heat for 7-10 minutes until the carrots become transparent. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream next to it.
