Hot rolls with minced pork

Ingredients

  • sunflower oil
  • 50 g minced pork (add liver, ham, parsley, shallots)
  • 20 g germinated soy sprouts
  • 1 sheet filo pastry or thinly rolled puff pastry
  • mint leaf
  • soy sauce
  • butter
  • carrots - 1 pc.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips, dip in boiling water for a few seconds, cool. Roll out the sheet of dough, cut it into four parts. Lubricate each quarter of the sheet well with butter, put minced meat, carrot straws on the edge, add soy sprouts, mint and roll into a tube, tucking the edges inward. Heat the sunflower oil, lower the rolls there for about one minute, remove and let the oil drain. Serve with soy sauce.
