Garlic buns with cumin

Buns with garlic, herbs and cumin will delight you on a spring morning with their aroma and delicate taste. They will be a great addition to your menu during Lent.

Ingredients

  • wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • rye flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • water - 1 tbsp.
  • dry yeast - 8 g
  • sol - 1 h. l.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.
  • garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • dill - a bunch
  • parsley - a bunch
  • cumin for sprinkling

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare yeast dough from wheat and rye flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt and half vegetable oil.

Step 2

Chop greens and garlic. Fill with the remaining vegetable oil.

Step 3

When the dough rises, it needs to be kneaded and rolled into a layer.

Step 4

Roll up and cut into small pieces.

Step 5

Spread out on a baking sheet and let stand. sprinkle with cumin. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. until ready. Enjoy your meal.
