Dorado tartare with mango and strawberries

Ingredients

  • finishing 120 g
  • onion noodles 3 g
  • mango 30 g
  • strawberries 30 g
  • juice of 1/4 lime to taste ml
  • olive oil to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Clean the fish from the bones, cut off the skin. Cut the fish into cubes the size of a notebook cell.

Step 2

Cut strawberries and mango into cubes, mix with fish. Pour olive oil with salt and pepper, mix. Add lime juice before serving.
