Cottage cheese cookies in confectionery dressing
Cookies were baked more than once for the New Year, but with the advent of the child, there were more reasons for cooking. It's an incomparable pleasure - to imprint cut-out blanks into confectionery sprinkles scattered on the table! :)
Ingredients
Servings 10–12- cottage cheese - 500 g
- flour - 2.5 tbsp.
- butter - 300 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- soda - on the tip of a knife
- confectionery sprinkles
Cooking
Step 1
Beat room temperature butter with sugar. It is more convenient to do this with a mixer with a whisk. Then add cottage cheese and beat again. After that, we change the nozzle for a tight dough and, pouring in the sifted flour with slaked soda, we begin to knead the base for the cookies. When it hardens thoroughly, you can switch to manual kneading. We make a ball out of the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Step 2
We heat the oven to 200 degrees. A dough with a lot of butter needs a shock temperature so that it does not run. Meanwhile, roll out the dough on the table. We choose the thickness. If you want crispy cookies, you should make it thinner, but for a more airy texture - thicker. Cut out cookie cutters. We sprinkle confectionery sprinkles on the table and, taking the cut out cookies, we imprint it into the scattering. Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment for 15-20 minutes.
