Buns with mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • breakfast buns 6 pcs.
  • champignons 300-400 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • sour cream 1 tbsp.
  • hard cheese 100 g

Cooking

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 3

Fry mushrooms and onions, add sour cream and a little salt.

Step 4

Prepare the buns: cut off the "lid" and choose the crumb.

Step 5

Put the mushrooms into the cavity of the bun.

Step 6

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 7

Bake for 10 minutes at 180-200°C.

Step 8

"Lids" must be taken out of the oven before the buns or put into the oven later, and removed along with the buns.
