Brushwood
Ingredients
Servings 10- 4 eggs
- 400 g sour cream
- salt
- 750 g flour
- 500 g vegetable oil
- 100-200 g powdered sugar
Cooking
Step 1
Mix eggs, sour cream, salt and flour well. Roll out the dough thinly, cut it into thin strips and make bows out of them.
Step 2
Dip the brushwood into boiling oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel to drain excess oil, then transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
