Breakfast, Rice flakes

Breakfast in 5 minutes in the microwave rice cereal

Ingredients

  • rice flakes 40 g
  • apple 1/2 pc.
  • banana peel 1 pc.
  • milk 200 g
  • honey 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt
  • coconut shavings 1 tbsp.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel and cut the apple.

Step 2

Peel and mash banana.

Step 3

In a tall mug, mix cereal, banana, apple, honey, salt, coconut, add milk.

Step 4

Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
