Bread with whole grain flour and flax seeds
This is a very simple bread recipe that does not require extra gestures.
Ingredients
- 360 g wheat flour
- 60 g whole grain flour
- 4 tbsp. l. flax seed
- 260 g water
- 2 tbsp. l. sugar (a good option would be to replace 1 spoon with honey)
- 1 h. l. year
- 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
Cooking
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, let rise once. Then knead, let go a second time. Carefully transfer to a baking sheet, make cuts and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Immediately drop a few ice cubes into the bottom of the oven. Lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until tender (about 40 minutes).
