Baked cottage cheese pancakes

Great recipe for cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast. My kids love these cheesecakes!

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese 5% - 500 g
  • natural yogurt - 200 g
  • sugar - 125 g
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • semolina - 200 g
  • flour - 125 g
  • vanilla powder - 10 g
  • egg - 2 pcs.

Cooking

Step 1

Mix cottage cheese and yogurt with a hand blender until smooth. It is necessary to break the granularity of the cottage cheese to the density of sour cream.

Step 2

Add eggs, sugar, vanilla powder. We extinguish the soda with vinegar and add to the curd mass.

Step 3

Add semolina, half the flour and knead a thick dough. We form cheesecakes with the help of molds or simply make them round.

Step 4

We cover a baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the cheesecakes and send them to the oven for 30 minutes. at 160 degrees. Serve with natural yoghurt and jam. Hooray!
