Vegetables with sausage, cooked in foil so that you can’t pull it by the ears

Vegetables are always healthy, but not always tasty. However, it is worth adding a little sausage to them, and then baking, and no one can resist such a combination.
Our recipe is simple and easy. It is ideal for a picnic, including a children's one. Due to baking in foil, vegetables with sausage are fragrant, juicy and very tasty.
How to cook Vegetables with sausage, cooked in foil so that you can’t pull it by the ears
Step 1
Leave the carrots whole, cut the onion into 4 parts. Cut the zucchini into cubes, pepper into quarters.
Step 2
Fold a large piece of aluminum foil in half. Put on it carrots, onions, garlic oil.
Step 3
Fold over the edges of the foil to form a small baking sheet. Cover with another sheet of foil, fold over the edges.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the top layer of foil, add sausage rings cut obliquely, zucchini and pepper. Season.
Step 6
Cover again with foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
