Strawberry Soufflé No Bake

Cookinero 11 Nov 2022

A very delicate, "girly" dessert, which is prepared easily and quickly.

How to cook Strawberry Soufflé No Bake

Step 1

Pour gelatin with water and leave for 20 minutes. Heat the mixture on the stove (do not bring to a boil!) until completely dissolved and cool. (I used sheet gelatin - 7 plates, which were completely filled with water and left for 20 minutes. Then I drained almost all the water and heated it on the stove until completely dissolved)

Step 2

Rinse, peel and chop the strawberries in a blender along with sugar and lemon juice.

Step 3

Whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. And then wipe the strawberry puree through a sieve into this bowl. Add gelatin and mix gently. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate until set.

Step 4

To remove the soufflé, dip the silicone molds in hot water for a few seconds, being careful not to get water on the soufflé. Don't overcook or the dessert will melt. If desired, you can decorate with melted chocolate.
