Step 1

Soak the peas for 3-4 hours. Drain the water, rinse the peas. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into rings. Wash plum. Preheat the oven to 190ºС. Arrange onion, meat, cherry plum and peas in 2 pots. Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water into each pot, cover with lids and put in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Peel potatoes, chop coarsely. Wash the tomato, cut into cubes. Add potatoes, tomato, pepper, salt to the pots. Cook another 40 minutes.

Step 3

Wash the mint, pat dry and finely chop. Remove soup pots from oven, add mint and black pepper. Leave covered for 3 minutes, then serve.
