Sea bass with quinoa tabbouleh
Description

Step 1
Salt the sea bass fillet, fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.
Step 2
Separately, boil the quinoa according to package instructions. Cool down.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomatoes and red onion. Quinoa mixed with tomatoes, onions and herbs, put on a plate, season with olive oil. Place perch fillets on top.
