Salad of smoked mackerel with new potatoes

Step 1

1. Wash potatoes and beets thoroughly, boil in their skins in separate pans. Drain the water, let the vegetables cool, then peel them and cut into thin semicircles. Separate lettuce into leaves, wash and pat dry with paper towels. Peel the mackerel, remove from the bone and cut into pieces 1.5 cm wide. 2. For dressing, mix horseradish and sour cream, dilute with milk. 3. Arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates. Put potatoes and beets on them. Place fish pieces on top. Pour dressing over.

175 g beets
120 g of lettuce
horseradish - 1 tbsp. l.
sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.
1 Art. l. milk
