Quick Pasta with Shrimp in Creamy Garlic Sauce

Delicate creamy taste, juicy shrimp and a light aroma of garlic - an incredibly simple and at the same time exquisite combination. The recipe uses flat long pasta tagliatelle, but you can take the one you like more.
How to cook Quick Pasta with Shrimp in Creamy Garlic Sauce
Step 1

Finely chop 50 g of onion and chop the garlic. Chop the parsley.
Step 2

Heat a frying pan and melt butter in it. Add garlic and fry it until pleasantly fragrant for 1 minute. Then add finely chopped onion. Fry everything together until onion becomes transparent.
Step 3

Add peeled shrimp to the pan with onion and garlic, add salt and pepper. Fry them for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4

When the shrimp are almost done, add the cream to the pan and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the cream has evaporated.
Step 5

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente and slightly firm.
Step 6

Add the cooked pasta to the pan.
Step 7

Sprinkle everything with chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste, if required. Don't forget to taste, so as not to oversalt the dish! Warm the pasta in the sauce for 1 minute, but do not boil it under any circumstances. All the ingredients are already ready, and you just need everything to come together.
Step 8

Serve the pasta garnished with a sprig of herbs.
