Pork in pots with marinated butter and dough lids
Cooking
Step 1
Rinse the meat, pat dry with paper towels, cut into cubes
Step 2
Chop onion and mushrooms.
Step 3
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Fry meat and onion until golden brown. Then simmer until soft.
Step 5
Soak the pots in cold water. Drain the water after 1 hour.
Step 6
At the bottom of each pot, put a spoonful of sour cream, squeeze the garlic. Put potatoes, meat, mushrooms. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs. Pour 100 g of broth or water into each pot. Close the lids from the pots and put in a cold oven.
Step 7
Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 150 degrees. After the contents of the pots boil, bake for another 20 minutes.
Step 8
After that, take the pots out of the oven, remove the lids and stick dough lids on the pots instead. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 9
Place back in oven and bake until golden brown. The dough in this case is yeast, but any other will do. The lids are edible, but if there is no desire, then there is no need to eat them.
