Pasta with ready-made sauce "Pesto"
"Pesto" is an Italian sauce made from basil, pine nuts, cheese and olive oil. It is added to various dishes: pizza, avocado or tomato puree soup, simply spread on bread and, of course, added to pasta. Spaghetti with this sauce turns out very aromatic and unusual in taste. Making "Pesto" at home is problematic. But you can buy it in the store and cook delicious and original Italian pasta in literally 15 minutes.
How to cook Pasta with ready-made sauce "Pesto"
Step 1

Prepare the pasta. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al-dente, that is, cook for 1 minute less than the package says. About 8-9 minutes on average.
Step 2

Prepare pasta with pesto sauce. Transfer the cooked spaghetti to a frying pan greased with olive oil. Add half of the water left over from cooking the pasta, pour in the cream, add the pesto. Stir. Simmer in the frying pan for 3-5 minutes.
