Step 1
Bake a biscuit from sugar, flour and eggs. Put it on a plate, soak with cognac and sprinkle with almond flakes. Put ice cream on top, garnish with whipped cream, mandarin slices, grated chocolate, cherry sauce butterfly and mint leaves. BTW In honor of the famous gourmet K.V. Nesselrode, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 1816-1856, named several dishes of Russian cuisine invented by the count's cooks.
