How to cook Lime and grapefruit jelly marmalade with berries
Step 1
Prepare the jelly. Strain freshly squeezed juices through a sieve. Add granulated sugar, agar-agar and gelatin. Put on a slow fire and heat, stirring, until the agar-agar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Step 2
Put the frozen jelly with a spoon on a plate in pieces. Cut the berries and arrange on the jelly. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, arrange grapefruit and orange segments. Sprinkle the dish with finely grated lime zest.
