Lavash rolls with different fillings
Description
These pita rolls are tasty and satisfying, and they are also compact, so they are convenient to take with you. You can also use thinly sliced ham, sausage or boiled pork and any chopped vegetables as a filling.
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare a pasta for rolls with sweet pepper. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped dill, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Prepare pasta for salmon rolls. Transfer cream cheese to a bowl, add finely chopped dill, green onion, lemon juice, grated zest. Mix.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the peppers in half, remove the core, put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Remove the skin from the peppers, cut the flesh into strips.
Step 4
Cut salmon into thin slices.
Step 5
Lubricate one pita bread with a mixture of mayonnaise, mustard and dill, put chopped peppers on top. Lubricate the second pita bread with cream cheese and herbs, and put pieces of salmon on top.
Step 6
Roll pita bread into rolls, cut into pieces 2.5-3 cm wide.
