How to cook Halibut on Asian sauce with lemon and green oil

Step 1

Steam halibut fillet for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare Asian sauce separately. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sesame seeds in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 3

To serve, pour the sauce into a plate, then put the halibut, pour green oil on top. Garnish with a slice of lemon and lemon fresh foam.
