How to cook Children's cottage cheese cookies
Step 1
Prepare the dough for children's homemade cookies. Butter should be firm, so take it out of the refrigerator just before starting the process. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
Transfer the chopped butter to a bowl. Rub the cottage cheese through a fine metal sieve so that there are no lumps. Mix with oil until a mass of a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Sift the flour for the cookie dough and pile it on the worktop. Make an indentation at the top. Pour the curd-butter mixture into it and knead thoroughly with your hands.
Step 4
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 3mm thick. Fold it in four and roll it out again in the same way. Repeat the steps again.
Step 5
Fold the prepared cookie dough randomly and wrap it in a large piece of cling film. Refrigerate and leave for a few hours (preferably overnight).
Step 6
Heat the oven to 200°C. Line a cookie sheet with baking parchment. Spray it with cold water (you can use a spray bottle to spray flowers).
Step 7
Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Divide into several parts. Put each one on a work table, lightly dusted with flour, and cut out cookies using cookie cutters. Transfer to a baking sheet. Prepare the rest of the dough in the same way.
Step 8
Place the cookie sheet in the oven. Decorate half of the products with confectionery sprinkles. Cook for about 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate and use a brush to grease the undecorated cookies with it. Let it freeze.
