Chicken with celery is a budget recipe for a healthy and filling dish. Chicken breast is baked with vegetables in the oven. The dish is rich in protein and fiber, so it is recommended for those who watch their figure and adhere to the principles of healthy eating. In addition to fillet, you can use chicken thighs, it is not necessary to separate the meat from the bones. It is better to take a chilled product. The color of the meat should be uniform, the surface shiny, the smell without foreign impurities.
How to cook Chicken with celery
Step 1

Prepare the chicken meat. Mix salt, garlic and ground black pepper, rub the chicken meat with this mixture, let stand for 60 minutes.
Step 2

Fry the celery and onion. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion for 1 minute, add the celery and continue frying for 6-7 minutes.
Step 3
