Chicken in cream sauce with dill

How to cook Chicken in cream sauce with dill
Step 1
Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into 8 parts - 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts and 2 wings. Drizzle chicken pieces with 1 tbsp. l. oil, then rub with a little salt and pepper. Prick the skin with a fork or knife in several places. Place the prepared pieces on a baking sheet or wire rack, place in a microwave oven, such as a Samsung Super Grill, with a double grill - so that the chicken is fried from above and below at the same time. Select the automatic cooking program "chicken pieces" and enter the weight of the product. Cooking time is set automatically (about 12 min.) Peel the onion, finely chop. Wash the dill, dry and chop. Wash the lemon, use a fine grater to remove the zest from it. Heat the remaining oil in a saucepan. Add onion, dill and lemon zest, fry over low heat for 3 minutes. Heat the cream, without bringing to a boil, pour into a saucepan. Season to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5-6 minutes, until thickened. Pour the sauce into the chicken mold. Place in the microwave and cook for 6 minutes. at 100% power. Remove the dish from the oven, turn the chicken pieces over and cook for another 4 minutes. at 100% power.
