How to cook Cheesecakes

Step 1

Melt butter and cool slightly. Heat the milk to warm and dissolve the sugar and salt in it, add the eggs and mix well. Then add melted butter. Mix flour with yeast. Pour half the flour into the milk mixture and stir. Gradually add flour until you have a soft elastic dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. hands and roll into a ball. Cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Step 2

When the dough has doubled in size, punch down lightly and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll them into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, a short distance apart. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Beat cottage cheese with sugar and egg with a mixer. If the filling is thick, add sour cream.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 170˚C. With the bottom of a small glass, make indentations in the center of each ball and fill it with stuffing. Whisk the remaining egg with 2 tbsp. l. water and brush the dough with a brush.

Step 5

Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cheesecakes for 25-30 minutes. Cool the finished cheesecakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
