Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Toppings
Chicken in bacon is a simple and very tasty dish.
How to cook Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Toppings
Step 1

Carefully divide the chicken fillet into two parts.
Step 2

Grate the Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3

Wrap the fillet in strips of bacon (the bacon should enclose the chicken in a cocoon).
Step 4

Break two eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a whisk or fork.
Step 5

In a deep bowl, mix the chopped cheese, salt, spices and breadcrumbs.
Step 6

Dredge the chicken in flour, then in egg, and then in the breadcrumb-cheese mixture.
Step 7

Place the fillet in a prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 8

When ready, remove the dish from the oven. Enjoy!
