Step 1

Grind the peeled garlic cloves on a fine grater or with a knife if you have the appropriate cooking skill.

Step 2

Add salt and spices.

Step 3

Rub the resulting mixture thoroughly and mix so that each salt crystal is saturated with garlic. You should get a little wet from garlic juice, loose mass.

700 g coarse salt (iodized table or sea salt)
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp ground coriader seeds
1 tbsp dried green cilantro
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp dried marjoram
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 ch.l. peppers
¼ tsp red hot ground pepper
