Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise
Ingredients
- peeled zucchini 6 kg
- onion 0.5 kg
- vegetable oil 250 ml
- salt 2 tbsp. l.
- sugar 250 g
- mayonnaise 67% 400 g
- tomato paste 0.5 l
- vinegar 4 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Pass zucchini and onions through a meat grinder, add salt, oil, sugar. Put in a cauldron on a small fire and boil for 3 hours. Add mayonnaise, tomato paste, vinegar and boil for another 1 hour. The caviar is ready.
