Wheat porridge with pear

Ingredients
Servings 4- 200 g wheat groats
- 1.2 liters of milk
- 50 g sugar
- 2 pears
- 20 g butter
- 30 g brown sugar

Cooking
Step 1
Put the cereal in a bowl. Add milk, salt. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat to low and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the pears, cut into 4 parts. Remove the core and cut into small cubes. Fry over high heat with butter, 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add sugar and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Step 3
Divide the porridge into bowls or plates. Add pears. Drizzle with syrup from skillet. Serve right away.
