Vegetable salad with cheese and pine nuts
Ingredients
Servings 2- prmidor 3 pcs.
- cucumber 2 pcs.
- sweet pepper 1 pc.
- radish 4 pcs.
- pickled cheese (or cheese) 70 g
- pine nuts 1 tbsp. l.
- onion 1 pc.
- parsley 1 bunch
- cilantro 1 bunch
- Radish tops 1 bunch
- olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- salt 1 pinch
- balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- pepper 1 pinch
Cooking
Step 1
Wash, peel and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop greens and garlic. Mix everything in a bowl.
Step 2
Pickled cheese, such as cheese, cut into cubes and add to the salad. Season with pepper and olive oil, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Step 3
When serving, sprinkle the salad with microwave-dried pine nuts.
