Vegetable salad with cheese and pine nuts

Ingredients

  • prmidor 3 pcs.
  • cucumber 2 pcs.
  • sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • radish 4 pcs.
  • pickled cheese (or cheese) 70 g
  • pine nuts 1 tbsp. l.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • parsley 1 bunch
  • cilantro 1 bunch
  • Radish tops 1 bunch
  • olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
  • salt 1 pinch
  • balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
  • pepper 1 pinch

Cooking

Step 1

Wash, peel and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop greens and garlic. Mix everything in a bowl.

Step 2

Pickled cheese, such as cheese, cut into cubes and add to the salad. Season with pepper and olive oil, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Step 3

When serving, sprinkle the salad with microwave-dried pine nuts.
