Tartlets with apples and honey

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • 3 sweet apples
  • 400 g ready-made shortcrust pastry
  • butter - 50 g
  • 4 tbsp. l. flower honey

Cooking

Step 1

Peel the apples from the skin and core, cut into strips. Heat oil in a frying pan, add apples, cook for 2 minutes, remove from heat. Put the apples in a bowl, mix with honey. Roll out the dough thinly. Grease a baking dish with oil and cover with a thin layer of dough. Preheat the oven to 190ºС. Put the form with the dough in the oven, cook for 8 minutes. Then fill with apples and honey and cook for another 3 minutes.
