Sour cream peach pie
Ingredients
Servings 8-10- 6 medium peaches
- 250 g fat (25-30%) sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- butter and flour for mold
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy dense foam (about 8-10 minutes). Then carefully add sour cream. Sift flour with baking soda and add to mixture as well.
Step 2
Wash the peaches, remove the pits and chop coarsely.
Step 3
Grease a cake tin with butter, sprinkle with flour and lay out the dough. Then put the peaches in, drowning them in the dough. Put the cake in the oven, bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool before serving.
