Sausages with vegetables in foil
Invited friends to barbecue, but do not know how to surprise them? Please remember our recipe. A few sausages, some vegetables and half an hour of time - and in front of you is a spectacular tasty dish with a side dish. The title of "Guru Mangala" will be provided to you.
Ingredients
Servings 4- 4 large smoked sausages
- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 medium carrots
- 2 large sweet peppers
- 1 large red onion
- 12 thyme sprigs
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ice cubes
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes with a side of about 1 cm. Put them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix.
Step 2
Take 4 large double pieces of foil and line them with vegetables. Slice the sausages and add to the vegetables. Add thyme sprigs and 2 ice cubes to each serving. Wrap the foil tightly.
Step 3
Place the bundles on the grill rack and cook for about 30 minutes. (Heat should be above average).
Step 4
Serve in foil. Open the packages carefully, there is hot steam inside.
