Sandwich with egg, bacon and mushrooms
If you have no time at all, but need to prepare a hearty and tasty breakfast, this recipe will save you. The combination of flavors is classic and will surely appeal to many.
Ingredients
- egg - 1 pc.
- bacon or ham - 50 g
- champignon - 1-2 pcs.
- spinach - 10 g
- grain bread - 2 slices
- soft curd cheese with herbs
Cooking
Step 1
Make fried eggs from one egg.
Step 2
Fry the bacon slices on both sides in a dry frying pan. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in the melted bacon fat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Lightly brown the slices of bread in a pan and let cool.
Step 4
Assemble the sandwich: brush a slice of bread with cream cheese. Put the spinach on top of the cheese, followed by the mushrooms, bacon and egg. Salt and pepper the yolk. Top the egg with a second slice of bread, also smeared with cream cheese, and serve.
